Lainey Wilson, a country music singer-songwriter, began her professional music career in 2014 with the release of her debut album. She hit the American country songs chart with her song "Things a Man Oughta Know" from her 2019 EP. Her rise to fame continued when she signed with the BBR Music Group in 2018 and toured with Morgan Wallen in 2019. Her collaboration with Cole Swindell on the single "Never Say Never" marked her second number-one hit on the Billboard Country chart. Her prominent presence in the music scene was confirmed by her numerous nominations at the Annual Country Music Association Awards, where she also won the top honor of Entertainer of the Year.

With multiple studio albums under her belt, including "Lainey Wilson," "Tougher," "Sayin' What I'm Thinkin'," and "Bell Bottom Country," Wilson has also received numerous awards and nominations. Her song "Things a Man Oughta Know" won Song of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards in 2021, and her album "Bell Bottom Country" won Album of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards in 2023. Notably, she was also awarded Best Country Album at the 66th Grammy Awards. As a testament to her versatility and talent, Wilson made her acting debut on "Yellowstone" in 2022 and wrote the song "Chasing Tornadoes" for MacKenzie Porter's debut album in 2023.
