Was the 14th selection in the second round of the 2007 NFL Draft by Pittsburgh | 2007 – During his rookie season, LaMarr contributed 14 tackles, four sacks and one forced fumble to the team’s winning season (10-6) | 2008 – a breakout year for LaMarr, notching 60 tackles and 11.5 sacks, good for top five in the AFC | 2009 – LaMarr emerged as one of the best linebackers in the AFC, with 13.5 sacks, 62 tackles and his first Pro Bowl appearance | 2010 – LaMarr had another breakout season recording 35 tackles, 10 sacks, three forced fumbles and two interceptions | In the six playoff games LaMarr has played in, he has had 19 tackles, 10 sacks and one forced fumble | 2011 – LaMarr continued his dominance of opposing offenses, while recording nine sacks in the first eight games, before suffering a hamstring injury midseason.

LaMarr has been featured onevery major media outlet, including special appearances on BET, TLC, ESPN, NFL Network, Sports Illustrated and many more. Last year, LaMarr guest-starred on an episode of TLC’s N.Y. Ink and has made appearances in several prominent music videos, including ones for Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa.

LaMarr is actively involvedin charitable organizations around the region. He has joined with All Stars Helping Kids, promoting education and empowerment of children in under privileged communities. | He also is in charge of the annual holiday toy drive at The Mall at Robinson; he participates in the Child Life Department at Children's Hospital; he recently was given the "Dedication to Youth" award by the Pittsburgh Boys and Girls Club. | In 2009, he launched the “LaMarr Woodley’s Sack Attack”, raising money for each on-field sack. | LaMarr also holds a free annual youth football camp for Saginaw, Michigan youth.
