New York-Based Correspondent for FOX News Channel

Laura Ingle currently serves as a New York-based correspondent for FOX News Channel and also frequently anchors FOXNews.com/LIVE. She joined FNC as a Dallas-based correspondent in 2005.

Ingle reported on the crash-landing of Southwest Airlines Flight 345 at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) from New York. In January of 2007, Ingle joined the Northeast Bureau for FNC, where she covered a wide range of stories including the Connecticut home invasion case, Hurricane Irene, Miracle on the Hudson plane landing and the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, reporting from Grand Isle, LA. In 2005, she reported on Hurricane Katrina as an embedded reporter with the California National Guard during rescue and recovery efforts from the Gulf Coast. Additionally, she covered the Scott Peterson and Michael Jackson trials. From October 2005 to January 2007, Ingle served as a traveling correspondent for the nationally syndicated broadcast show Geraldo at Large.

Before joining FNC, Ingle worked as a general assignment reporter at KFI-AM Radio in Burbank, CA and as a field reporter and anchor at KFBK-AM Radio in Sacramento, CA, where she provided a range of political, sports and breaking news coverage.

Ingle received an Edward R. Murrow award in 2005 for her coverage of the 2004 Scott Peterson trial and was awarded four Golden Mikes from the Southern California Association of Television and Radio News Directors.
