Dr. Jackson defines herself as a global citizen and has lived across three continents. Her began as a concert pianist and performed as a chamber musician around the globe. She developed a passion for education and completed a Masters degree in International and Comparative Education at Oxford University, a Masters in the Philosophy of Education at Cambridge University and a doctoral degree at the Institute of Education at the University of London.

Dr. Jackson has been teaching and working as a phenomenological researcher and advisor to schools, multilateral institutions, and educational foundations, exploring the what and why of education across cultures.

As a recognized educational leader and speaker, Dr. Jackson speaks about the importance of global competence, education for sustainability and regenerative education and inspires her listeners to think deeply about the what and why of education.

We live in a time of exponential growth and unprecedented change. And while the world is changing, our systems of education have remained unchanged.

How can we design our education systems to reflect the change. How can we construct our education systems to provide for what might be necessary for the future of our children and for the future of the planet?
