American country singer; runner-up on the 10th season of American Idol

Georgia native Lauren Alaina captured America’s hearts when she appeared on Season 10 of American Idol. On Jan. 27, 2017, Lauren followed up her No. 1 debuting first album with the release of the eagerly-awaited Road Less Traveled. Selected as one of Rolling Stone’s Most Anticipated Albums of 2017, the collection of 12 songs all written by the young star, includes Lauren’s first Top 10 hit and title track, “Road Less Traveled.”

Lauren has been nominated for several Teen Choice Awards and CMT Music Awards, and the singer/songwriter just received her first ACM nomination for New Female Vocalist of the Year in 2017.

The “sassy Southerner with killer pipes” (PARADE) has shared the stage with superstars including Alan Jackson and Carrie Underwood. She is currently on the Love Unleashed Tour with Martina McBride and Lauren heads out on the Huntin', Fishin', And Lovin' Every Day Tour with Luke Bryan this summer.

Lauren regularly appears on the Grand Ole Opry, is one of Rdio’s Nashville Rising Artists, is a Spotify Spotlight on Country featured artist and is one of CMT’s Next Women of Country.

She participated in season 28 of Dancing with the Stars.
