Lauren Coyle Rosen

Lauren Coyle Rosen is a highly acclaimed speaker, author, artist, and thought leader in the areas of art, culture, spirituality, intuition, and mindfulness. She writes and speaks for a broad range of audiences on these topics.

Coyle Rosen is the author of nine books to date, four nonfiction and five volumes of poetry. She has collaborated with high-profile musicians, artists, spiritualists, and thought leaders for her works. Her most recent project is a book on art and spirituality coauthored with legendary folk-rock musician and feminist icon, Ani DiFranco. She has recently finished a book on jazz legend and leading orchestral composer, Hannibal Lokumbe. She is at work on a new book called "Paths to Mindfulness", which distills the key teachings and connections among various wisdom traditions that have paved the way to the contemporary mindfulness moment. "Paths to Mindfulness" shows people how to tap into the wisdom of the ages to unleash their full creative potential, as well as to transform their relationships and lives. Her work has been featured in various publications and venues.

Coyle Rosen taught in anthropology at Princeton University, where she received the President's Award in Distinguished Teaching. She holds a Ph.D. in cultural anthropology from the University of Chicago and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
