Lauren Kay started SmartSitting as a sophomore in college. Since it's inception, it has risen to and maintained its status as the top babysitting company in NYC. Shortly after graduating from Brown University in 2011, Lauren founded Dating Ring, where she remains in her position of CEO in an ever-growing company.

Brown is 25 and currently lives in NYC.
