With extensive firsthand experience in leadership, Lauren has a deep understanding of the challenges and nuances of being a modern, global leader. She served for nearly a decade as the longest-standing and first female General Counsel at CVC Capital Partners, a leading global private equity firm. Over the course of her 20-year career as a city lawyer, Lauren acted as a trusted adviser to boards, partnerships, and corporations in the fast-paced and evolving financial services and private equity sectors.

Drawing from her rich leadership experience, Lauren helps clients navigate the demands of high-level roles, guiding them to unleash their own potential and champion the success of those around them. She has successfully coached numerous business professionals as they transition into new leadership roles, expand their organizations, and develop their own authentic leadership styles.
