Lauren Rich

Former Department of Veterans Affairs Psychotherapist; Military PTSD Expert & Mental Health Advocate

Military and law enforcement professionals experience unthinkable atrocities daily. This repeated trauma has a compounding effect that often results in awful sleep patterns, injured relationships, faltering job performance, substance abuse, volatile anger, and suicide.

As the spouse of a combat veteran, Lauren Rich has experienced firsthand the challenges faced when a warfighter returns from the battlefield. For nearly seven years at the Department of Veterans Affairs and eight years in private practice, Rich has been assisting military and law enforcement professionals as they work through their internal anguish. With her help, they develop a personal ops plan that puts them on a path to calmness and peace.

A nationally recognized speaker and consultant, Rich is proud to have collaborated with the U.S. Air Force and the Department of the Army. In addition, she has worked closely with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, and the Valor Recovery Program. She is currently developing software for the DoD that addresses the future trauma service members will encounter during their overseas deployments.
