Lauren cofounded A-76 Technologies, which manufactures a novel set of corrosion inhibitors and lubricants invented by Dr. James Tour, a chemistry professor at Rice University. Having won $600,000 in funding, A-76 has already commercialized the products and expects to soon close on a first round of financing.
