Social media has forever changed the way we communicate. It has opened doors to reach demographics previously unattainable with dwindling staff, budgets, and resources. Social media offers powerful tools that, when used properly, can strengthen brand awareness and marketing efforts.

My name is Laurie Boettcher. A speaker, trainer, and social media enthusiast, I am a frequent speaker at events and conferences because my approach to social media is practical and realistic. I recognize that some organizations are just starting their social media efforts and need a to know the basics. My highly visual presentations feature easy-to-follow PowerPoints, which reflect the most current information in a rapidly changing field. What organizations and attendees appear to appreciate most is that I make each presentation available online following the event, so participants may continually reflect and review on the information they have learned.
