The Clutter Clinic™

Most of us struggle with some form of clutter in our lives. Despite how we appear on the outside, feelings of overwhelm and stress can leave you lost and confused about where to begin. I designed the Clutter Clinic as a way to teach simple strategies on how to tackle common clutter issues in a fun and relaxing environment.

During our session you’ll learn:

  • 3 Types of Clutter
  • 5 Clutter Pitfalls
  • Why 'doing it all' doesn’t work (and how to fix it!).
  • Practical strategies that will motivate and inspire you to get and stay organized.
  • My favorite tips to help with digital clutter.

The Enneagram and Clutter: It's Not About the Bins

I’ve always said that disorganization goes deeper than piles of paper on the counter, dishes in the sink or an overflowing closet. Clutter is merely a symptom of a bigger issue — resulting in feelings of shame, anxiety, stress, and an overall lack of control.

The longer I worked with people, the more I recognized that it wasn’t enough to tell people what to buy, or how to do something, because what works for one person may not work for someone else. I began researching WHY certain people struggle with clutter, while others are naturally organized.

The Enneagram and Clutter Framework was developed through years of research, coaching and hands-on client experience. Our strategies have proven to help increase communication, productivity, and interpersonal relationships.

Attendees will Learn:

  • An overview of all 9 Enneagram Types
  • The role of Thinking, Feeling and Doing when it comes to clutter & organizing
  • Why some folks are “control freaks” and others are "clutter blind'.

The Language of Clutter: How Better Communication can help you over chaos, find connection and simplify your life.

Our home, relationships and schedule tell a story.

Are you constantly saying 'yes' to things out of obligation or FOMO? Do you feel the need to buy the latest and greatest _______? Do you struggle with getting rid of things out of guilt or fear?

If you are doing 'all the things' and feel out of alignment, chances are you have developed habits, either by design or default, that are adding clutter to your life.

During this session you’ll learn:

  • The meaning of CLUTTER.
  • Action steps to begin living the life you want to live.
  • The difference between situational and chronic clutter.

5 Pillars to Healthy Relationships

What does winning look like?

Whether at home with parents, spouses/partners, or kids, or at work with clients, co-workers or leaders, humans are relational beings. Conflict is often the result of expecting others to read our minds, or see the world the way that we do. But that’s rarely the case.

Throughout this session we’ll look 5 Pillars for Healthy Relationships:

  • Communication
  • Connection
  • Clarity
  • Community
  • Collaboration

3 Types of Communication Styles

Have you ever been told that you’re too assertive? Passive-Aggressive? Or perhaps you’re a serial people pleaser.

How we respond to people and situations has a lot to do with our communication style.
During this session we’ll look at 3 Common Communication Styles and how to interact with each (even when it’s different than yours!)

  • Direct Communicators
  • Dependent Communications
  • Disengaging Communicators
