Lauryn Morris is the brain behind Spectacles, Snap’s camera-equipped sunglasses that capture video to be shared on its social media app Snapchat. With a degree in industrial design, and a decade of experience in wearable tech, and an eye for fashion, Morris has been able to drive the cool lenses to a popular sphere that Google and Microsoft have been unable to reach. Prior to joining the Snap team in 2014, as a Senior Industrial Designer, Morris designed eyewear for Michael Kors, Zac Posen, and Diane von Furstenberg.
