As a Olympics and World Championship Peak Performance Coach, he has successfully mentally prepared our badminton players to win the historic Thomas Cup (World Champions) Badminton Team Championship Tournament in 1992; Cheah Soon Kit and Yap Kim Hock to clinch the Silver Medals at the Atlanta Olympics Badminton Doubles Event in 1996 - the Nation's highest sports achievement so far.

In Hockey, he was responsible in mentally motivating the Malaysian Men's Hockey Team to beat the World Champions, Holland and achieved a creditable 4th position in the 1975 3rd World Cup Hockey Tournament (the highest achievement ever achieved by Malaysian Hockey in a World Competition). His powerful mental training also inspired the 1976 Malaysian Women's Hockey Team, 1979 Junior Men's Hockey Team, 1984 National Women's Netball Team to achieve impressive results.

To thousands of University, College and School Students, since 1974 he is regarded by them as the MASTER GURU who made a big difference in their studies, sports, co-curricular activities and their lives. As a result, many of his course students have in turn recommended their own children and others to our PDL Training Programmes.
