As an author, visionary leader in the coaching profession, and past faculty for two top coaching schools and the University of Vermont, Lea inspires audiences and clients to expand their awareness and to learn and use new skills that make future possibilities into probabilities.

In addition to her background in management, organizational development and consulting and training, Lea has studied meditation with meditation masters of the Himalayas. She holds a Certificate in Advanced Studies in Yog Science, Vedant Philosophy and the Theory and Practice of Meditation from the International Meditation Institute in Kullu, India and a Master of Meditation degree from the World Development Parliament in West Bengal, India. Using a combination of knowledge from the ancient yogis and the most up to date practices of coaching and emotional intelligence in leadership, she brings audiences and clients to a new understanding of what is possible and gives them new tools to implement their learning.
