Lees Rodionov is currently the Global Direcotr Sustainability at Schlumberger, where she has spent her entire professional career. Prior to this role, she was the President – North America Land. She has also previously served as the HR Director - Production at Schlumberger. Before that, she has held multiple senior leadership roles as Vice President - Personnel, Global Account Director and General Manager – Alaska. Throughout her twenty-five year career with the multinational oilfield service company she has relocated eight times, with assignments in Houston, Alaska, Scotland, Venezuela and Trinidad, including roles in Line Management, Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Sales and IT.

Rodionov grew up in Needville, a small town just southwest of Houston. She attended Rice University for undergraduate and graduate school, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Management in 1991 and an MBA in 1993. She is married and has two teenage kids.
