Lena Bieber defines herself as curious, life-loving and passionate about trying out new things. She is currently working as Transformation Manager at site operations in the Darmstadt headquarters of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. She holds a Masters Degree in Leadership, as well as a French-German Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (ESC) de Troyes in France and the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt. Since November 2016, Bieber has given lectures in Change Management and volunteers her free time to the Healthcare Business Women Association as Program Director for the greater Frankfurt region.
