Les Snead
General Manager of the Los Angeles Rams
Les Snead has established himself as one of the top executives in the NFL. Snead was instrumental in the Rams making two Super Bowl appearances in the last 6 years (2018, 2021) and winning Super Bowl LVI (2021).
From 2012-17, Snead drafted five players who have earned All-Pro honors, which is good for the most in the NFL during that time. Those players include Aaron Donald, Cooper Kupp, Todd Gurley, etc.
Snead graduated from Auburn University, where he played tight end. He was part of the 1993 Auburn team that went undefeated. After graduating, Snead began his career in the NFL as a scouting intern for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 1995. He then joined the Atlanta Falcons in 1997 as a scouting assistant and worked his way up to become the director of player personnel in 2008.
In addition to his work with the Rams, Snead is involved in various charitable organizations and community initiatives. He has been an advocate for education and youth development programs.
