Lesa Bradshaw is a diversity and disability inclusion specialist and a managing member of Bradshaw LeRoux Consulting.

She started Bradshaw LeRoux Consulting in 1998 with the vision of sourcing, assessing, and developing talent in a fair and relevant manner, recognizing prior learning and potential, as well as competence.

As a registered psychometrist in independent practice, she is qualified and experienced in a range of assessment tools. Given that Bradshaw has a disability, over the years she has had the privilege of applying her knowledge and experience in talent recognition and development to the field of disability inclusion -- becoming a leading disability inclusion specialist.

Bradshaw works with organizations to build a Disability Confident culture, through diversity and inclusion strategies, as well as by assisting with the identification and integration of talent with disabilities.

Bradshaw holds an MBA, having written her thesis on disability integration strategies in the workplace. She educates and empowers employers and employees internationally through her speaking and disability awareness campaigns.
