Leslie Bradshaw is a battle-tested innovator, leader, talent-unlocker, and growth-driver who serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Bionic, a startup studio that brings the models of venture capitalism and entrepreneurship to deliver growth within large enterprises. There, she has spent the past three years helping P&G, TD Ameritrade, Levi’s, and Citibank master new methods and mindsets that have enabled them to discover new problems, segments, models, and channels to drive top-line growth.

Prior to Bionic, Bradshaw spent a decade growing two top design agencies (JESS3 and Made by Many’s US operations), where she not only helped Nike, OXO, NASA, the NFL, and Intel uncover unlikely insights that drove needle-moving innovations—she also led her own company (JESS3) to be twice-named to the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America roster at No. 430 and No. 475, respectively.

Outside of Bionic, she keeps her sword sharp by serving as a Board Member at Hyper Island, a global learning provider that enables growth for individuals and businesses through transformative learning experiences.

To unlock others and achieve big things, Bradshaw leverages a combination of methods from Design Thinking, the Lean Startup, thesis-driven portfolio management, gender studies, economics, the scientific method, athletic coaching, and servant leadership. It’s a combination that her mentees have described as “unorthodox but incredibly effective.”

For the companies she helped launch, risks she took, and sleep she sacrificed, Bradshaw was honored as one of Fast Company's Most Creative People in Business, Inc. Magazine’s 30 Under 30, and Fast Company’s Most Influential Female Executives in Tech. Outside of work, she loves doing Crossfit and tending pinot noir grapes with her family on their vineyard in the Willamette Valley (Bradshaw Vineyards).
