Leslie Dodson has worked as an international correspondent for CNBC, MSNBC, NBC WeatherPlus, Reuters Financial Television and NHK Japan based in London, New York, Tokyo and Denver. 

She has covered international finance and global economics as CNBC's On-Air Editor at the Nasdaq and as CNBC's and Reuters' London Correspondent. 

As the Latin Americas Correspondent for Reuters Financial Television she was dispatched to Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia & Ecuador to cover presidential races, the World Bank & IMF.

As a Tokyo-based anchor, reporter and supervising producer for NHK and Reuters Financial TV she filed live reports and features on Japanese business and Asian politics. 

She anchored a Southeast Asian Exotic Currencies program covering the Thai Baht, Malaysian Ringgitt, Philippine Peso, Indonesian Rupiah and she managed newsrooms and trained reporters in Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore.

Leslie was a line producer and writer for CNN International in Atlanta, and a field producer and satellite feed operator in the CNN Chicago Bureau. 

One of the highlights of working in the Chicago bureau was conducting locker room interviews during the Chicago Bears' Super Bowl season.

Leslie was a producer for a Chicago Public Radio series produced from El Salvador, Nicaragua and Honduras on the Sandinista & Contra conflicts and she has worked as a documentary field producer and crew chief in Goa, India and in Tenerife, The Canary Islands.

She is a founding partner of The Story Group, a multi-media journalism consortium devoted to covering energy and environmental issues in the Rocky Mountain West. 

The team specializes in coverage of extractive industries, wildlife resources, energy policy, climate change and atmospheric science.
