Li Meng is an accomplished professional basketball player with a noted career in both the Women's Chinese Basketball Association (WCBA) and the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). As of 2023, she represents the Washington Mystics in the WNBA, in addition to playing for Sichuan Yuanda in the WCBA. Li's exceptional skills on the court were recognized early in her career, earning her a spot on the WNBA All-Rookie Team in 2023. She further cemented her reputation as a formidable player by winning the WCBA championship twice, in 2023 and 2024, with the latter victory also earning her the title of WCBA Finals MVP.

Li's accomplishments are not limited to domestic leagues. She has repeatedly represented China in several prestigious international competitions. Her appearances include the FIBA World Championship in 2014, 2018, and 2022, as well as participation in the Asia Cup in 2013, 2017, 2021, and 2023.
