Nicholas Diego Leanos, who goes by the stage name Lil Xan, is an American rapper best known for his song "Betrayed". After dropping out of high school, he worked as a street cleaner and a drug dealer before he began rapping. Leanos first started gaining a following thanks to SoundCloud and YouTube. Lil Xan, whose name is derived from Xanax, was previously addicted to the drug and now speaks out against its usage. Lil Xan dated Noah Cyrus, Miley Cyrus's younger sister, in summer 2018. In February 2019, he announced that he and his fiancee, Annie Smith, were expecting a baby.
