Lily D. Moore is an actress, model, and advocate for people with disabilities. Moore was born with Down Syndrome, but her disability doesn't stand in her way. She has starred in films, television episodes, and national commercials and posed for photographers on both coasts of the United States. She also started an initiative for the homeless population called "H.E.L.P. - Helping Everyone with Love and Passion." H.E.L.P. makes bags of food and toiletries available to the homeless. She is also involved with the organizations Special Olympics, Breaking Barriers, and Extra Special People.

As an actress, Moore has appeared in "Never Have I Ever," "Teenage Euthanasia," and Color My World with Love. Her absolute long-term goal is to win an Oscar. She’s looking forward to continuing to use her voice to advocate for people from all walks of life because she believes everyone is Unique, Beautiful, and Brave!

She enjoys cooking, swimming, singing, cheerleading, and playing the ukulele. She also loves to travel the world, including extensive travel in Asia and Europe. Moore is active in her church and youth group. She also enjoys playing with her dog, Charlie, and her cats, Lester and Hazel.
