Broadway Singer and Actress Known for the Musical "Jekyll & Hyde"; Theatre World Award for Best Actress in a Musical

Linda Eder, an American singer and actress, has a diverse career spanning across various domains of performing arts. Eder first came into the spotlight with Eder's winning performance in the talent show, Star Search, in 1988. Eder went on to showcase her acting prowess in the Broadway musical "Jekyll & Hyde," originating the role of Lucy Harris. This performance not only earned Eder a nomination for the Drama Desk Award but also won her the Theater World Award for Best Broadway Debut.

Eder has performed live concerts at prestigious venues including the Greek Theater, Radio City Music Hall, Carnegie Hall, and the Kennedy Center. As a recording artist, Eder has several solo albums to her credit, including "And So Much More," "It's Time," and "By Myself: The Songs of Judy Garland."
