Lindsey Horan, a professional soccer player, has spent her career navigating the fields of international soccer with teams such as Lyon, Portland Thorns FC, Paris Saint-Germain FC, and Colorado Rush. Her persistent pursuit of excellence led her to claim the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) Most Valuable Player award in 2018 and the NWSL Championship MVP in 2017. Her decisive actions as a midfielder, showcased by her winning goal in the Thorns' 2017 championship game, have made her a vital asset in every team she has been a part of.
Horan's prowess extends beyond club football. She is the captain of both the United States national team and the Première Ligue club Lyon. Her early career was marked by her role as the leading scorer for the United States U-17 team at the 2010 CONCACAF U-17 Women's Championship and as a striker at PSG, where she scored 46 goals in 56 appearances. As she advanced in her career, she achieved significant milestones, such as scoring her first World Cup goal in the opening game against Thailand in the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup, reaching her 100th match for USWNT in 2021 during the Summer Olympics, and captaining the team to win gold at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

She has garnered prestigious honors and awards, such as the U.S. Soccer Female Player of the Year in 2021 and appearing in 156 international matches for the United States, scoring 35 goals.
