Lisa A. Hook  

President and CEO, SunRocket, Inc.

Lisa A. Hook is currently COO of AOL Wireless after being promoted from Senior Vice President Wireless Operations at America Online, Inc. She oversees the development of all the Company�s wireless businesses on a global basis, including its mobile portals, two-way paging businesses, niche mobile platforms and fixed wireless access.

Until earlier this year, Hook was a partner of Brera Capital Partners LLC, a private equity firm, focused on long-term investing in a few select industries including the media and telecommunications sectors. Previously, Hook was a Managing Director at Alpine Capital Group, a media/telecom venture capital fund.

Until 1996, Hook was Vice President of Time Warner Inc., reporting directly to the President of Time Warner Inc., where she oversaw various telecom-related corporate transactions and operating matters for the Company. From 1991-1995, Hook was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Time Warner Telecommunications, where she established Time Warner�s cellular and paging resale business, and built the Company�s first successful retail outlets for cellular, paging and cable services. During the same period, she led the restructuring of Time Warner Entertainment to enable U.S. West to join the TWE partnership. Ms. Hook also led various cable industry negotiations regarding wireless strategy and investment.

Ms. Hook initially joined Time Warner in 1989 as Special Advisor to the Vice Chairman of Time Warner Inc. In this position, she developed and oversaw international joint ventures, including acquisition of cable systems and the launch of HBO in Europe and Asia.

Between April 1987 and August 1989, Hook worked at the Federal Communications Commission as Legal Advisor to the Chairman. Hook served as Senior Attorney at Viacom International Inc. from 1985 to 1987, where she oversaw the legal department of Viacom�s cable division. From 1983 to 1985, Hook was an associate with the law firm of Hogan and Hartson in Washington, D.C.

Hook is a director of Time Warner Telecom (NASDAQ: TWTC), Classic Communications (NASDAQ: CLSC) and several private companies. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Public Radio Foundation.

Ms. Hook graduated in 1983 from the Dickinson School of Law and was Articles Editor for the Law Review. She attended Wellesley College from 1976 to 1977 and graduated from Duke University with an A.B. in 1980.
