Lisa first knew she wanted to be a comedian when she played "Make Me Laugh" after school with all the neighborhood kids. Lisa works clean and has a natural charisma on stage. Touring and performing improv for seven years helped sharpen her quick wit. Lisa's perspective on being a single parent, raising an eight-year-old son, dating, modeling, and growing up in a Latino family has influenced her unique act. Lisa has performed in regional comedy festivals and clubs across the nation. She was a semifinalist in the Comedy Central Laugh Riots Competition 2001.

This year over 2000 comedians auditioned nationally for NBC's "Last Comic Standing" and Lisa made the top 50 in the country to go on to the semi-finals. The show is scheduled to air June 10th. In addition to modeling, Lisa enjoys acting and currently lives in LA. Lisa says, "Being a single parent has its perks. This past Mother's Day, my son gave me a pair of Nike gym shoes....……. that he made at work."
