Lisa Conn is the Strategic Partner Manager focusing on civics, politics, and leadership at Facebook​. She joined Facebook to lead the civic leadership team in its community partnerships program.

Conn was the Field Director for Obama for America during Obama's 2012 re-election campaign where she directed activities in South Florida​. She was the Campaign Manger for Mike Bonin for Los Angeles City Council. ​ In 2013, she became the National Organizing Director for FWD.us, a bipartisan advocacy group started by Mark Zuckerberg​, Bill Gates​, and other tech leaders to promote policies to keep the United States and its citizens competitive in a global economy including comprehensive immigration reform and education reform. While at FWD.us, she and other employees created Hustle, a messaging app for organizers, and was their Lead Business Strategist. For an MBA summer internship, Lisa was a Strategiest at Facebook​. For two months in early 2017, Lisa worked in product strategy at Brigade, a voting advocacy organization. She rejoined Facebook in 2017 to work on community partnerships.

She is also an Advisor to CHORUS NFP, We The Future, at Cortico. bShe was Program Manager on The Electome at the MIT Media Lab​ which used machine-learning to categorize U. S. election-related tweets to understand public opinion about critical policy issues.

Conn received her Bachelor of Arts and Science at New York University and a Master of Business Administration, MIT Sloan School of Management.
