Lisa Gevelber is the visionary founder and leader of Grow with Google, a $1 billion initiative dedicated to enhancing economic opportunities. Since its inception in 2017, Grow with Google has empowered over ten million Americans with new skills to advance their careers or businesses. One of Gevelber's most notable achievements is the creation of Google Career Certificates, which open doors to in-demand, high-paying jobs for individuals regardless of their educational or professional background. Since 2021, these certificates have significantly improved the prospects of half a million job seekers globally.

In 2022, Gevelber was honored in the inaugural Forbes Future of Work 50, recognizing leaders whose innovation and influence have the potential to transform the lives of millions of workers.

Gevelber also leads Google for Startups, an initiative aimed at leveling the playing field for underrepresented founders worldwide.
