Lisa Letizio, Chief Human Resources Officer for HSN, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSNI), is responsible for Human Resources teams for all of HSN, Inc., which includes HSN, HSN.com, and the Cornerstone portfolio of catalogs, retail stores and e-commerce sites. Her primary responsibilities include talent acquisition and assessment across categories, leadership development, compensation, employee engagement, benefits/wellness, work life programs and community affairs.

Since joining the company in 1998, Ms. Letizio has been responsible for the evolution of HSN, Inc.'s work culture into a uniquely positive environment that offers employees multiple career development paths. She is also credited with increasing employee retention levels and creating HSN, Inc.'s first community service program that offers employees two paid volunteer days per year.

Previously, Ms. Letizio was Vice President of Human Resources of The Timberland Company where, over a six-year period, she built the company's global human resources function. Ms. Letizio was instrumental in designing programs, which resulted in the company being recognized as one of Fortune magazine's 100 Best Companies.

Ms. Letizio is Board President of Big Brothers Big Sisters (Pinellas, Hernando and Citrus counties in Florida) and volunteers as a big sister herself. She also serves on the board of WEL (Women Executive Leadership). She received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications studies from the University of Massachusetts.
