Throughout Lisa's career, she has held a variety of sales management roles that have allowed her to grow and develop as a motivational influencer of people! Most recently, her 8 year experience has been in the direct selling environment; as a National Sales Director with JAFRA Cosmetics International and with Avon Products and as a Division Sales Manager ~ with development responsibility for performance of a business unit in excess of $40M.

Prior to that Lisa had business-to-business experience as a Director, of Global Accounts at Cingular Wireless, and as a Regional Vice President for Southwestern Bell Telecom (SBC). She believes in pushing up her sleeves and getting involved and engaged with the heart of the business, leaders and Consultants. She is passionate about the development and empowerment of others, while promoting "team" dynamics to maximize energy and sales!

Lisa holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management. She and her husband Stanley live in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA.
