As executive vice president and president for Product, Innovation and Supply Chain for Levi Strauss & Co., Liz O'Neill is responsible for the entire product lifecycle, including design, merchandising and product development. In addition, she’s accountable for all supply chain operations which consists of sourcing, end-to-end planning, distribution, logistics and sustainability. Liz also leads companywide innovation managing our internal start-up capabilities and offsite design lab while simultaneously working closely with our vendor partners to execute our latest product creations. Liz reports to the president and CEO, Chip Bergh, and is a member of both the company’s global leadership team, which guides the strategic direction for LS&Co., and sits on the company’s executive committee.

Prior to joining LS&Co., Liz spent 13 years at Gap Inc. in both the San Francisco and New York headquarters. While at Gap Inc., Liz held leadership roles in Gap brand and Old Navy, overseeing sourcing and production management for Gap Inc.’s global brands.

Prior to joining Gap Inc., Liz spent several years at The Disney Store in Los Angeles and Abercrombie & Fitch in Ohio, holding positions in both merchandising and product management.

Liz graduated with a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Tulane.
