Liz Tinkham    

Digital & Technology Advisor; Board Member; Professor; Retired Accenture Senior Managing Director

Liz Tinkham is a dynamic and proven leader with more than 30 years’ experience in helping high-tech media and telecommunications companies identify, adapt and exploit opportunities created by changes in technology. She is also known as an inspiring leader, speaking frequently on the topic of leadership.

As a former Senior Managing Director with Accenture, Tinkham held successive leadership positions including growing the largest account within Accenture, leading the global management consulting practice, launching three new businesses and participating on multiple CEO-led initiatives to shape Accenture’s strategy. In addition, Tinkham was a recognized leader in the development of women and minority leaders. She led several global diversity programs, increasing the number of women executives by 25%.

Liz serves on several Boards and teaches at the Foster School at the University of Washington. She is Board Member of Washington STEM, advising the state of Washington on STEM equity issues. She is a Technology Board Advisor to both Levyx, Inc. advising on growth issues, and Gryphon Investments on digital and technology trends.

Lastly, she is an Adjunct Professor at the Foster School of the University of Washington where she teaches a class on consulting. Liz holds a B.S Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an Executive MBA from the International Institute for Management Development. Liz received the Ohio State University College of Engineering Distinguished Alumni Award in 2014. She is married to John with three wonderful children.
