Liz Wiseman is an esteemed researcher, executive advisor, and, notably, a New York Times best-selling author of "Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter," "The Multiplier Effect: Tapping the Genius Inside Our Schools," and "Rookie Smarts: Why Learning Beats Knowing in the New Game of Work." She educates leadership skills to high-profile executives globally and also pens down her extensive knowledge in Harvard Business Review, Fortune, and various reputable business and leadership journals.

As the CEO of the Wiseman Group, a Silicon Valley-based leadership research and development firm, she has served a dazzling array of clients, including tech giants like Apple, Google, and Microsoft, and leading brands such as Nike, Disney, and Tesla. In 2019, her exceptional contribution to the field of leadership thinking was acknowledged when she was recognized as the top leadership thinker in the world, an accolade that complements her consistent inclusion in the Thinkers50 bi-annual ranking of the world's top 50 management thinkers.

Wiseman's significant research in the field of leadership and collective intelligence has not only transformed organizations but also influenced academia.
