Logan Parker is the co-founder of Leadership Emersi Inc., a non-profit organization developed to address, educate, coordinate, and provide leadership development to the next generation leaders on a local and global level.

Parker was formerly the Executive Director at Chick-fil-A Bloomington East FSR, where he served the Senior Director team and was responsible for leadership development for the organization. This role gave him the opportunity to mentor young adults in the restaurant as well as in the community. Logan has also been given the opportunity to serve several years in China developing business models and servant leadership cultures.

Parker’s life goal is to teach others how to create value. He believes that a thriving culture lives in the creativity of the individual. Exploring individual creativity and developing a relevant strategy leads to long-term success and influential leadership.

Logan graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management for Indiana Wesleyan University and also completed two certification programs from Victory Bible College. He lives with his family in Bloomington, IN, where he owns Parker Builds.
