Lola Banjo is the Strategic Innovation Executive at Salesforce. In this role, she leads a team of strategists, designers, and innovators to come up with creative solutions. Throughout her career, Banjo has focused on corporate strategy.

Banjo was previously a Strategy Consulting Manager for Deloitte, and she held several positions at Accenture. She also worked at L'Oreal USA, CGI, and Coty Prestige. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University. Banjo has also two Master's degrees, one from Emory University, and another from New York University. She has also studied at FGV-Rio in Brazil, WHU-Koblenz in Germany, and RSM-Erasmus in the Netherlands.
