Loren Shook is co-founder, president, and CEO of Silverado Senior Living, which has developed and operates 30 assisted living communities serving those with Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other memory impairments, as well as operates the services Silverado At Home and Silverado Hospice. He was previously president of Community Psychiatric Centers. Throughout his career, Shook has developed 32 new behavioral health care systems with hospitals, four reconstructed hospitals, over 20 medical office buildings, and multiple hospital expansions. He has turned around assisted living communities, hospitals, and renal dialysis centers. He is the author, along with Silverado co-founder Stephen Winner, of The Silverado Story.
