Lori Senecal is the Chairman and CEO of kirshenbaum bond senecal (kbs+). At kbs+, she has led a dynamic shift across the fully integrated agency to pioneer a culture of invention focused on creating breakthroughs and “firsts” to deliver real competitive advantage for brands and businesses.

As a priority, she has spearheaded agency business units around technology (kbs+ Spies & Assassins), start-up investment (kbs+ Ventures) and content creation (kbs+ Content Labs). Additionally, through the introduction of her unique “Hello Moments” program, Lori has championed the launch of groundbreaking agency initiatives such as the Client Stock Index and The Hyde Experiment, to incentivize and inspire employees across the agency while fueling invention. Today, kbs+ works with an impressive roster of blue-chip clients, including American Express, BMW, FTSE, Harman, HomeGoods, KAO Brands, NASDAQ OMX, Prestige Brands, PUMA, Rolls Royce, Simmons Bedding Co. and Vanguard, among others.

Prior to kbs+, Lori served as President of the flagship New York office of McCann Erickson and previously, as Global Chief Innovation Officer for McCann Worldgroup. At McCann, Lori also founded TAG Ideation, a young-adult marketing specialty unit.

Lori regularly provides industry insight and thought leadership through speaking engagements, television appearances, award jury’s and op-ed’s.

This year Lori was honored at the AWNY Game Changer Awards with a Quantum Leap award, was Jury Chair for the Isaac Awards (the first awards for invention to be presented at the Clios), and was appointed to the Cannes Effectiveness Awards Jury. She also sits on the 4A’s National Board of Governors.
