Lorna Davis is a leader, coach and speaker and her TED Talk on Radical Interdependence has had over 2 million views.

Davis has lived and worked in 7 countries on 5 continents and has served as President of multinational consumer goods companies for 20+ years, in Danone, Kraft and Mondelez.

She lived and worked in Shanghai, China for 6 years, where she ran Kraft China, she was the President of Nabisco North America, and was a key leader in Danone’s global purpose journey, based in Paris.

In 2017, Davis served as CEO and Chairwoman of Danone North America, where she established that $6 Billion entity as a Public Benefit Corporation and it achieved B Corp status in 2018, making it the largest B Corp in the world.

Davis was a member of the Global board of Electrolux and is now a member of the Social Mission Board of Seventh Generation, the Integrity Board of Sir Kensington (both companies owned by Unilever),the Advisory Board of Radicle Impact and the board of B Lab Global. She is a Global Ambassador for the B Corp movement. Davis is passionate about business as a force for good, helping people find freedom and joy through coaching and rhino conservation.
