Lou D'Ambrosio is a longtime veteran of the information and technology industry, seasoned keynote speaker and visionary business advisor. Mr. D’Ambrosio is currently a senior advisor to Goldman Sachs and executive fellow to Harvard Business School.

He is also a former Chairman of Sensus, a clean technology company focused on conserving water and energy through smart sensors, software, data analytics and communication systems.

Prior to joining Sensus, Mr. D’Ambrosio served as the Chief Executive Officer of two Fortune 500 companies. Mr. D’Ambrosio served as CEO and Board member of Sears Holdings (comprised of Sears, Kmart, and Land's End). Previously, he served as CEO and Board Member of Avaya, Inc., a global telecommunications and technology firm.

Earlier in his career, Mr. D’Ambrosio spent 16 years at IBM in various domestic and international executive roles, and was appointed to its Worldwide Management Committee. His roles included leading strategy for global services, sales and marketing for software, and industry operations for Asia Pacific.

Mr. D’Ambrosio has spoken at major global conferences, including the World Economic Forum and Interop and has been quoted in major media outlets including the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Mr. D’Ambrosio has participated in television interviews with Charlie Rose and Gale King on CBS This Morning, Betty Liu on Bloomberg’s In the Loop, and Jim Cramer on Mad Money.

He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Science in Business from Penn State University, summa cum laude and valedictorian.
