Louisa Heinrich is a creative strategist, and design and innovation leader. She has been working in digital design and strategy for nearly 20 years, and been at the forefront of many of the technologies we find commonplace today.

She worked on ground-breaking and award-winning projects such as Bonnier Media’s News Plus, which reinvented the newspaper for a touch-screen era, and Citibank’s digital banking, which became the first digital service to be the centrepiece of a bank’s ad campaign.

Louisa founded Superhuman in 2013 to focus on the human aspects of our digital future, and now works with her clients to align business and technology plans to the needs of real people.
