Louisa Terrell was selected by President-elect Joe Biden for the role of Director of the Office of Legislative Affairs in 2020, to provide coordination between the White House and Congress. Terrell previously worked on legislative affairs in the Obama White House. She also worked with Biden during his time as a U.S. senator, serving as his deputy chief of staff.
