Louise A. Griffith

Take a proven classroom discipline program that has helped countless people across the country.

Add to it a presenter who can convert unmanageable situations to manageable, difficult topics to easy, and theoretical concepts to concrete. Add fun and laughter as a learning catalyst for your result: a workshop people will be talking about (and applying!) for months and years to come. The presenter needed to prove this formula is Louise Griffith of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Louise is a member of the National Speakers Association and the NSA Minnesota chapter. She is a dynamic presenter who has been conducting workshops for 17 years and was among the first group of certified Cooperative Discipline trainers in the nation. She has taught thousands of people how to apply Cooperative Discipline concepts to make a lasting impact in their classrooms, schools, and homes. Her audiences include business professionals, educators, administrators, paraprofessionals, administrative support staff and others who care deeply about the students they serve. Currently a licensed psychologist in private practice, Louise also draws on her previous experience as a classroom teacher, parent educator, school board member, adjunct university instructor and professional coach to give highly effective presentations and keynote speeches.

In addition to Cooperative Discipline, seminars and topics offered by Louise include Celebrating You!, Are You Willing To Be Worth It?, Bringing Hope to the Discouraged Student, Emotional Intelligence and Reaching and Teaching the ADD/Child. These exciting programs can be custom-designed to address your professional development needs.

Louise believes that when we face challenging situations, the greatest progress is made by focusing on growth, encouragement and mutual respect while still holding each other accountable.
