Professional entrepreneur Luba Tolkachyov is the Co-Founder of Gravity, an award-winning advertising agency focused on cultural marketing. Tolkachyov has been a key player in building Gravity into the fastest-growing cultural advertising agency in the U.S. and an INC 500 I 5000 company — three years in a row.

Tolkachyov’s work has garnered her some of the industry’s top accolades. She has been named a Webby Special Achievement Honoree and was awarded as a finalist in the Female Entrepreneur of the Year – Business Services category of the Stevie® Awards for Women in Business. Tolkachyov was also named by Forbes as one of the top speakers on technology.

Tolkachyov currently serves as an advisor to the Dell’s Women Entrepreneurship Network (DWEN) as well as Baruch College (City University of New York), where she works to promote diversity in the Advertising and Technology industries.

Tolkachyov received her Master’s Degree in Social and Cultural Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in International Marketing from Baruch College.
