Lucy Guo and Alexandr Wang saw the need for such a quality service first hand during their time at Snap and Quora respectively. Customers include GM Cruise, Alphabet, Uber, P&G, Liberty Mutual, Gusto, Houzz, Mapbox and Intercom.

In 2017, Guo was named one of the Forbes 30 Under 30 in Enterprise Technology.
