Mr. Arze joined the Carey & Allende firm in Santiago, Chile in 2007. He was formerly General Counsel of the multinational company Unilever Chile and Latin-American Legal Regional Counsel for Unilever Foods.

From 1999 to 2003 he was an associate attorney at Cariola, Di­ez, Perez-Cotapos and Cia Limitada and at Simpson Thacher and Bartlett, New York (2004). He also worked at the Brooklyn County Court, New York (1999) and volunteered for the New York Bar, Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice Initiatives (2004).
