Ms. Lynda M. Clarizio has been Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Operations at AppNexus, Inc. since November 7, 2012. Ms. Clarizio is responsible for managing corporate and business development as well as the AppNexus's corporate and administrative operations, including people operations, legal and policy affairs. She has a deep background in the digital media and advertising technology industries. She served as the Chief Executive Officer of Invision Inc. since December 2009 and served as its President, where she led development of the industry's first suite of products for the cross-platform sale of advertising across television, digital and other forms of media. Ms. Clarizio served as an Executive Vice President of Historic AOL LLC (formerly, AOL LLC). She served as President of Platform-A, Inc. of Historic AOL LLC at Time Warner Inc. from May 2006 to February 5, 2009. She served as President of AOL Advertising, Inc. (formerly Advertising.com Inc.) of AOL since joining it in May 2006. She served as an Executive Vice President of Audience Business of AOL and also served as its Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategic and Financial Planning & Acquisitions and Strategic Investments, where she was responsible for strategy, finance and business development. She was a key Member of the Leadership team at AOL. Prior to AOL, Ms. Clarizio was a Partner in the Washington D.C. law firm Arnold & Porter for seven years. She served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ADTECH AG. She has been a Member of Advisory Board at ChoiceStream, Inc. since June 2011. She has been a Director at Resonate Networks, Inc. since June 12, 2012, She has been Director at Resonate Co.,Ltd since June 26, 2012. She served as a Director of Invision Inc. She served as a Director of Batanga, Inc. since February 3, 2010. She served as a Director of Interactive Advertising Bureau Inc. She serves on the board of Directors of Human Rights First and the Princeton Women in Leadership Steering Committee. She is a recognized leader in Advertising and Media. Ms. Clarizio was named one of 2008's "Women to Watch" by Advertising Age and one of 2009's "25 Executives to Watch in Digital Entertainment" by Digital Media Wire. She was named one of Washington's top 100 "Tech Titans" in 2011 by the Washingtonian. Ms. Clarizio holds a BA from Princeton University in 1982 and a JD from Harvard Law School in 1985.
