Lyndsey Fennelly is an impassioned student, teacher, and basketball skill trainer whose vision is to inspire people to be their BEST, both on and off the court. She is a leader who happens to coach basketball and is one of the most sought after skill development teachers in the country, directing the 2016 & 2017 Georges Niang Basketball Camps.
She earned All-American honors at Iowa State University and led the NCAA in assists during the 2006 – 2007 season. Fennelly was named as one of the top five point guards in the United States (by ESPN) and was selected by the Indiana Fever in the second round of the WNBA draft.
She has had numerous opportunities to continue her playing career at the pro level, but her love of teaching led her to become a full-time course director with PGC Basketball from 2007 – 2011. Since training athletes beginning in 2007, Fennelly has worked with over 31,000 athletes across North America.
Fennelly graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. She has completed numerous leadership-training courses, including Dale Carnegie’s “Effective Communication and Human Relations.” Fennelly has served as the color commentator for Mediacom Connections, a cable television company that broadcasts Iowa State’s women’s basketball team’s home games.
She is re-united with the All Iowa Attack program as the lead Skill Trainer and runs the All Iowa Attack camps while serving as the color analyst for the Iowa State women's basketball road games. She continues to provide leadership counsel, training, and speaking opportunities to organizations, teams, and programs often at CampusCycle, her beat-driven spin studio.
Fennelly currently resides in Ames, Iowa with her husband, Billy Fennelly, an Assistant Coach for the Iowa State University women’s basketball program. They are passionately involved in a variety of charities and community outreach events throughout the year.
