She works with leadership and teams across the company to make the best product, UX, & engineering choices as Shopify works to help entrepreneurs simplify their operations.

She also leads UX as a discipline at Shopify. That means she helps her multi-hundred person team of Product Designers, UX Developers, UX Researchers, & Content Strategists be successful through hiring senior leaders, and building individual capabilities through on their teams. She's responsible for the overall user experience of Shopify, and the health of the teams, tools, systems, and processes we they to help advance entrepreneurship.
